It is our mission to provide greater access to a variety of sources of capital to underserved markets and small business persons located in California that are considers economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs.

At the end of the day, our clients are successful when they can obtain the funding they need for their small business.

Through Nor-Cal’s partnerships and right loan program, clients have obtained the capital they need to start, build and grow their business.
