Swirl Inc. was seeking a loan to support ongoing working capital and corporate growth initiatives. Nor-Cal FDC, partnered with Bridge Bank, was able to apply the state loan guarantee and help provide a flexible, semi-permanent working capital structure for the company and retain 175 jobs.
